Customer Support Executive

Manages a team of Support Desk professionals Monitors Client Support Desk and Training staffing per plan and schedule initiating /coordinating with other departments to back-fill absences and ./ or address service spikes to ensure support delivery per SLAs.

Medical Tour Consultant

MBBS with state/centre registration willing to work in shifts. Well versed in handling emergencies. Will have to conduct rounds with the Consultants and handle OPD/IPD emergency as & when required.

Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive MBA/Degree in Marketing with 5 years of experience in marketing functions of Medical Tourism. Should have excellent corporate communication skills with pleasing personality and flair for marketing.

Java/J2EE Developer

Minimum 8+ year experience in Java-J2EE Development. Extensive technical experience and development expertise in spring framework , hibernate framework and play framework, good on java scripting. Should have Strong experience on database like postgres or Oracle and sound SQL knowledge. Good Experience on web and application server. Experience in agile software process, resolve functional problems in assigned software units. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems, proficiency in using code analysis and debugging tools, hands on experience with any code configuration tool like SVN.
